What counts as one request?
A self-contained change: a new section, a bug fix, an integration, a page. Big projects get split into several requests and worked in order.
What does “fair use” mean on Unlimited?
There's no cap on how many requests you queue. We work one at a time, so throughput is steady rather than infinite — that's what keeps the price flat.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Manage everything from the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we build for you is yours, delivered to your repo.
